This Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can cancel your order on Dooth AI, operated by Zofwe Private Limited.


When You Can Cancel

Eligible for Cancellation:

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 7 days of placing the order
  • Orders can only be cancelled before being sent to our printing partners

Not Eligible for Cancellation:

  • Orders already sent to printing partners
  • Orders in production
  • Orders that have been shipped

How to Cancel

Steps to Cancel:

  1. Contact us via our contact page or email hello@dooth.ai
  2. Provide your order number
  3. State your reason for cancellation
  4. We’ll confirm eligibility for cancellation

Response Time:

  • We’ll respond to cancellation requests within 24 hours
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days

Cancellation Charges

No Cancellation Fees:

  • Cancellations within the eligible timeframe incur no charges
  • Full refund will be processed to your original payment method

After Production Started:

  • Orders in production cannot be cancelled
  • You may request changes before shipping (subject to feasibility)

AI Credits Refund

If You Used AI Credits:

  • AI Credits used for AI-powered design generation will be refunded to your Dooth AI account
  • The exact number of credits used will be credited back to your account
  • Refunded AI Credits can be used for future AI generations
  • AI Credits are non-refundable to original payment method (account credit only)
