Platform Owner

The Platform is owned and operated by Zofwe Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at 18/182, Palaprassery, Chengamanad P O, Aluva, Ernakulam - 683578, Kerala, India.

“Dooth AI” is a brand name under which Zofwe Private Limited operates this Platform and provides its services. All references to “Dooth AI,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refer to Zofwe Private Limited.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and enter into a binding agreement with Zofwe Private Limited.

By using Dooth AI, you agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
  • Respect all intellectual property rights
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use the Platform.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older, or have parental/guardian consent
  • Must have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  • Must provide accurate information during registration

Dooth AI is a personalized gifting platform offering customized gift items with printing and delivery services.

What We Offer:

  • AI-powered design generation for personalized gifts (requires AI Credits)
  • Option to upload your own designs and photos
  • Various personalized gift items (greeting cards, and more)
  • Premium quality printing and finishing
  • Professional packaging
  • Delivery across India
  • Customer support

User Account & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Do not share your account credentials with others

Prohibited Content:

You must not upload, create, or share content that is:

  • Illegal, harmful, or violates any laws
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
  • Contains explicit, offensive, or inappropriate material
  • Promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
  • Violates the rights or privacy of others

Consequences of Violations:

  • We reserve the right to review all uploaded content
  • Accounts violating these terms may be suspended or terminated
  • We may remove any content that violates our policies
  • We will cooperate with law enforcement and may disclose user information when legally required
  • Users are solely responsible for any legal consequences of their content

Intellectual Property & AI-Generated Content

All content on the Platform, including AI-generated designs, is subject to intellectual property considerations.

Your Uploaded Content:

  • You retain full rights to your uploaded photos and content
  • You grant us a license to use uploaded content for service delivery
  • You must own or have rights to all content you upload

AI-Generated Designs:

  • AI-generated designs may contain elements protected by copyright
  • We do not claim ownership of AI-generated content
  • Designs are licensed to you for personal use only
  • You are responsible for obtaining necessary rights for commercial use
  • Commercial reproduction, resale, or distribution requires proper copyright clearance

Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensure you have rights to all content you upload
  • Use AI-generated designs for personal purposes only unless you obtain commercial rights
  • Do not upload copyrighted material without permission
  • We act as a service provider for printing and delivery only

Payment & Pricing

All payments must be made through our Platform using accepted payment methods.

Pricing Structure:

  • Prices vary based on the gift item and personalization options selected
  • AI Credits can be purchased separately and used for AI-powered design generation
  • You can also create personalized gifts without AI Credits by uploading your own designs
  • Physical printing and delivery are charged separately from AI Credits

Payment Terms:

  • Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • All prices are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax)
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time
  • Payment must be completed before order processing
  • AI Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except as per our refund policy

GST Information:

  • We are registered under GST
  • GSTIN: 32AACCZ8286A1ZC
  • All applicable GST will be collected and displayed at checkout
  • GST invoices will be provided for all transactions

Warranties & Disclaimers

Our services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, except as required by law.

Limited Warranty:

  • We warrant that physical gift products will be of reasonable quality and free from manufacturing defects
  • Defective products will be replaced or refunded as per our Refund Policy
  • This warranty is limited to the cost of the specific product purchased

No Warranties On:

  • AI-generated designs meeting your expectations or requirements
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service availability
  • Print quality if source images are of poor quality
  • AI outputs being free from copyright or intellectual property issues
  • Compatibility of designs with third-party services

Disclaimer:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Your Acceptance:

By using our services, you accept these limitations and use the Platform at your own risk.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zofwe Private Limited, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms & Conditions
  • Your uploaded content or use of our services
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
  • Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • Any claims related to the content you create or share using our Platform

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dooth AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

We Are Not Liable For:

  • Loss of data or content
  • Service interruptions or technical delays
  • Third-party actions (shipping partners, payment processors, AI service providers)
  • Copyright or intellectual property issues arising from AI-generated content
  • User-uploaded content or misuse of our services
  • Legal consequences from prohibited or illegal content
  • Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

Maximum Liability:

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

Disclaimer:

  • We provide printing and delivery services only
  • We are not responsible for copyright clearance of AI-generated designs
  • Users are responsible for ensuring proper usage rights for all content

Service Availability & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform at any time without prior notice.

Changes to Terms:

  • We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time
  • Updated terms will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms

Service Termination:

  • We may terminate or suspend your account for violations
  • You may close your account at any time by contacting us
  • Termination does not affect any outstanding obligations

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters, pandemics, or acts of God
  • Government actions, strikes, or labor disputes
  • Internet or telecommunications failures
  • Acts of terrorism or war
  • Supplier or third-party service failures

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Legal Framework:

  • Governed by Indian law
  • Subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ernakulam, Kerala, India
  • Disputes resolved in accordance with Indian legal system

Grievance Redressal

In accordance with Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder, we have designated a Grievance Officer to address your concerns.

Grievance Officer: For any complaints or grievances, please contact us at hello@dooth.ai. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days.
