Standard Delivery:
- 3-5 business days across India
- Processing time: 1-2 business days
- Shipping time: 2-3 business days
Order Tracking:
- Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships
- Track your order status using the tracking link provided
Shipping Charges
Free Shipping:
- Orders above ₹500 qualify for free shipping across India
Standard Shipping:
- Orders below ₹500 will have standard shipping charges applied at checkout
- Shipping charges are calculated based on delivery location
Delivery Coverage
Currently Available:
- We currently ship only within India
- All major cities and towns are covered
- Remote areas may take additional 1-2 days
International Shipping:
- Not available at this time
- We’re working on expanding to international markets
Delivery Process
What to Expect:
- Immediate order confirmation email
- Order processing within 1-2 business days
- Shipping notification with tracking details
- Delivery within promised timeline
Delivery Attempts:
- Our courier partner will make two delivery attempts
- Failed deliveries will result in a rescheduling contact
- Unclaimed orders are returned to us after 7 days
Issues with Delivery
If You Don’t Receive Your Order:
- Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
- We’ll investigate with our courier partner
- We’ll either reship or provide a full refund
Damaged in Transit:
- Contact us within 7 days if your order arrives damaged
- Provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
- We’ll send a replacement at no additional cost
