This Refund & Return Policy explains when and how you can get a refund for your order on Dooth AI, operated by Zofwe Private Limited.


Return Policy

We do not accept returns for change of mind, as our products are personalized gift items.

Why We Don’t Accept Returns:

  • Each gift item is custom-made based on your unique design and input
  • Products are personalized with your photos and messages
  • Personalized products cannot be resold

When You Can Get a Refund

We provide refunds in the following situations:

Product Issues:

  • Product damaged during shipping
  • Print quality issues or manufacturing defects
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Incorrect customization (our error only)

Delivery Issues:

  • Order not delivered within promised timeframe
  • Order lost in transit

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Change of mind after order placement
  • Customization errors you provided
  • Normal wear and tear after delivery

How to Request a Refund

Steps to Request:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Email hello@dooth.ai with your order number
  3. Provide clear photos of the issue
  4. Explain the problem in detail

What Happens Next:

  • We’ll review your request within 24-48 hours
  • If approved, we may ask you to return the product
  • Refund will be processed once we verify the issue

Refund Processing

Timeline:

  • Refund approval: 1-2 business days after receiving your request
  • Processing time: 7-10 business days after approval
  • Bank credit: Typically 3-5 business days (varies by bank)

Refund Method:

  • Refunds are credited to your original payment method
  • UPI/Card refunds return to the same source
  • Email confirmation sent once processed

AI Credits Refund:

  • AI Credits used will be refunded to your Dooth AI account
  • The exact number of credits used will be credited back to your account
  • Refunded AI Credits can be used for future AI generations
  • AI Credits are non-refundable to original payment method (account credit only)

Partial Refunds

We may offer partial refunds in certain situations:

  • Minor print quality issues that don’t significantly affect appearance
  • Slight delays in delivery beyond promised timeline
  • Packaging damage with product intact
