How it works
From a name to a box at their door.
Ten minutes in the app or one conversation on WhatsApp. Nothing ships that you have not seen first.
- Step 1
Tell us who it is for
Their name, their city and the occasion. If you do not have their address, we send them a private link and they fill it in themselves. We keep the date, so next year takes one tap.
- Step 2
Fill the box
Start from the Diwali, Sweet or Kerala box, or from an empty one. Small holds 4 things, Classic holds 6, and the builder shows you the room left as you add. Swap anything for something the same size.
- Step 3
Write the card
Pick a template or start from a photo, then write what you want to say. If you are stuck we draft a line from the person and the occasion, and you change whatever you like. You see the card before it is printed.
- Step 4
We pack it, you approve it, it ships
We print the card and the band card with their name, pack the box by hand, tie the ribbon, and send you a photo on WhatsApp. Say yes and it leaves within 48 hours with tracking.
After it leaves
On the way
2 to 4 days in the South, 5 to 7 days in the North. Tracking arrives on WhatsApp from dispatch to the door.
Damaged on arrival
Send a photo within 48 hours and we make it again and ship it again, free.
Next year
Three weeks before the date comes round, one WhatsApp message recalls what you sent. Reply to start, or ignore it.
Two ways to order
In the app, you build the box and write the card yourself and see everything as you go. On WhatsApp, you tell us who it is for and we build it with you and send the preview.
