Shipping & Delivery Policy

Overview

This policy explains how orders placed with Dooth AI, operated by Zofwe Private Limited, are packed, dispatched and delivered. It applies to Dooth Boxes, cards, polaroid packs and framed portraits.

Before dispatch

Every Dooth Box is packed by hand. Before it leaves:

  • You approve the card before it is printed.
  • You receive a photo of the packed box on WhatsApp and confirm it.
  • We dispatch within 48 hours of your confirmation.

Cards, polaroid packs and framed portraits are dispatched within 48 hours of your approving the preview.

Delivery timeline

Counted from dispatch:

  • South India: 2 to 4 days
  • Rest of India: 5 to 7 days
  • Remote pincodes: up to 2 days more

For a date that cannot move, an express upgrade is available at checkout for ₹99 and is dispatched first.

We show the expected delivery window for your pincode before you pay. Around festivals we publish order-by dates on the site; orders placed after those dates are delivered as soon as we can, but not guaranteed for the day.

Delivery charges

  • Dooth Boxes: delivery is included in the price.
  • Cards posted on their own: delivery is included.
  • Other standalone items: delivery is free on orders above ₹999, otherwise ₹79.
  • Corporate orders: delivery to one office address is included; delivery to each home is ₹80 per box.

There is no separate delivery line at checkout for a box.

Tracking

Tracking is shared on WhatsApp from dispatch until delivery. If you prefer email, tell us when you order.

Coverage

We deliver to nearly every serviceable pincode in India through our courier partner. If a pincode is not serviceable we tell you before you pay. We do not ship outside India at present.

Delivery attempts

The courier makes two delivery attempts and calls the recipient’s number before each one. If both fail, the parcel is held for rescheduling and returned to us after 7 days. Reshipping a returned parcel is charged at ₹79.

If something goes wrong

Damaged on arrival: send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we make the item again and ship it again at no charge.

Not delivered: tell us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We trace it with the courier and either reship or refund in full.

Wrong item or wrong name: if the mistake is ours, we make it again and ship it again free.
